Fitness centre VIX is the property of the company VIX spol., s r. o.. The characteristic sign of this sport centre is the air-condition that enables to feel comfortably during the sport activities.

In our fitness centre Grünsport exercising machines are installed. There are regularly used by sport´s representatives (bodybuilders, football players, hockey players, cyclers etc.). All exercising machines respect medical, biomechanical and other requirements that are also appropriate for individual rehabilitation programs. In the aerobic area Technogym dominates which represents the top of the cardio machines. It offers to our clients the possibility of the controlled building of their performance on the conveyor belts, steppers, stationary bicycles and others.

The professional consultations for all clients without the age or performance difference are natural in our centre. In the cooperation with our personal trainers we may prepare you a training, dietetic plans according to your individual requirements and abilities.

The specific benefit of our centre is our cardio program offer. In the cooperation with the cardiologist we prepare it primarily for the clients with the cardiovascular complications and other civilization diseases.

The part of the long term plan of our centre is to extend the exercising area (we have more than 300 m 2 + 3 changing rooms).
